This feels really terrifying to share…

After hosting my first Vivacious Retreat in Mexico, something deep clicked into place. I realized that the biggest blocks my clients had around visibility around showing up fully in their brand weren’t actually about content or confidence…

They were about the parts of themselves they had exiled in order to survive. To keep the peace. To be palatable. To be the “good daughter”, the “successful coach”, the “team player”.

One woman at the retreat cracked open during a storytelling workshop processing a familial wound around who she really is. And in that moment, I saw it clearly:

There is no true visibility without shadow work. No magnetic brand without deep inner work. No personal evolution without looking at what’s been hidden.

So I’ve made a commitment. To go deeper. To add shadow work into my toolbox not just for me, but for the women I serve.

I’m currently in the Netherlands (a place I never expected to do this work) attending a 10-day Advanced Shadow Work Training for Leaders.

And yes… it’s fuckin terrifying.

Because I have to walk through it first and embody this work before I can take you with me.

But I’m here for it!!

And I’m bringing it back with me to infuse more truth, depth, and healing into everything I facilitate especially my next retreat!
