my Mexico retreat starts tomorrow (honest reflections)

in my last email I shared with you how I make big scary moves in my business (my life too) despite the fear…

let me tell you

fear has been my bestie this week lol

she kept reminding me of how GRAND this retreat vision that I’m about to execute in exactly 24 hours from now is. She was like “hey are you sure you can do that”

and I’m thinking “bish we didn’t get this far to just get this far”

but listen, friend, fear and self doubt will hit you the hardest right before you manifest your wildest dreams

What this retreat symbolizes

This retreat is more than just another powerful way to bring women together and call myself a retreat host…

It’s been a vision in the making since 2021 (S/O to my OGs who remember me putting together that Bali retreat when retreats weren’t a thing every biz coach did lol)

I truly believe that when we are ready to step into our full leadership, our visions for what we are called to do get LOUDER.

You simply CAN NOT ignore the call…it’s a siren at this point lol

Girl let me tell you, since 2021, I have been dreaming of what will become a tangible reality tomorrow in Puerto Escondido, Mexico!!

This retreat symbolizes big leadership energy for me…the elegant dance between surrendering and doing.

7 incredibly powerful magnetic women coming to co-create what their next-level in business AND life - you know I always focus on both- will look like for this year and BEYOND!

We will be doing deep integration and embodiment work in our designer award-winning villa…have you seen our beachfront villa?? OMG check it out here.

What did we actually do before the retreat for each client?

1. Strategy sessions with me to align them with their evolution in their business
2. A styling session with a pro stylist - Sydnie Long so now even their style is aligned with their brand vibe
3. I designed their brand from colors, fonts, vibes, and moodboards
4. We delivered all of the above in a cohesive creative direction guide on how to pose, do their makeup, style their feed, and IG stories

So now that we are meeting in person at the retreat we are fully focused on bringing these visions and work to LIFE through the sessions I designed for them to go deeper and workshops with Natasha of Shinewithnatasha on how to use video to tell their story.

Some uncomfortable things I had to do these past few weeks to up-level myself

1. ✨Give my fear space to exist without attaching stories to it

2. ✨ Asking for support in major ways 
   from my boo, my friends, and my team. This wasn’t easy but I’m learning to clearly ask for what I need so I can recieve

3. ✨ Make bigger financial investments
   like flying in my assitant to have more hands on support, bring in two co-leads, hire someone to do drone shots, go BIG with our menu

4. ✨ Being more discerning with my energy
   I had to be clear on how i will spend the two weeks leading up to the retreat, who I will hang out with, who I will speak to…we often don’t realize just how much outside influence affect our own inner power!
